The group of lay Cooperators associated with the Congregation of the Sister Disciples of the Divine Master is called: Association of Pauline Cooperators – Friends of the Divine Master, in accordance with the inspiration of the Founder, blessed James Alberione.
The Cooperators - Friends of the Divine Master participate more directly in the spirituality and mission of the Sister Disciples to announce, celebrate, and serve Jesus Master Way, Truth and Life, living in the Eucharist, in the Priesthood and in the Liturgy in order that humanity may listen to him, follow him, and love him.
The Cooperators – Friends of the Divine Master draw life from Christ’s own sacrifice in the Paschal Mystery, the source of faith and of the liturgy of the people of God. This mystery gives rise to the urgency of nourishing oneself continually from the Eucharist and the Word of God, following the itinerary of the liturgical year, as disciples and apostles.
Together with the Sister Disciples, they exercise a ministry of intercession as an apostolic action, praying for the needs of humanity, especially for priests and for vocations in the Church. They also invoke grace for the world of communication, that the good news, that is Jesus Christ, may reach all peoples. Sharing in the charism specific to the Sister Disciples they extend their mission, which has its origin in the love of Jesus living in the Eucharist, in the Priesthood and in the Liturgy, for the glory of God and peace to humanity.
