The House of the Sister Disciples of the Divine Master known as “Divine Centre” at Tura is a power house for the entire state as many people daily visit the Lord in Blessed Sacrament irrespective of their cast and creed. Tura is a city in West Garo Hills district in the Indian state of Meghalaya. It is one of the largest towns of the state and the city is located at the foot of the Tura Hills, right below the Tura Peak. The Indian Province of the Sister Disciples has planted its seed at the foot of these hills in 2005. Photo Gallery
This community organized an annual retreat for the religious sisters of Tura from the 8th to the 14th July, 2012. Rev. Fr. Ajimoan MSFS, a spiritual director and a retreat preacher, was invited to conduct the retreat. Its theme was a novelty since it was on the inner healing. All the fourteen participants from four congregations were given an individual care and help. The participants appreciated the initiative. |
