On the 5th of April 2013, during the National Assembly of USMI (Union for the Major Superiors of Italy), our Mother General, Sr. M. Regina Cesarato, was elected as President and Sr. Marta Finotelli, Superior General of the Sisters of Jesus Good Shepherd (Pastorelle) was elected as vice-President. Accepting this service for female consecrated life, Sr. M. Regina said: “Thank you for this trust! I count on the collaboration and the communion of all”. We convey our sincere greetings to Sr. M. On Thursday 4th of April, anniversary of the birth of Blessed James Alberione, at 5pm, the Pauline Family present in Rome and the surrounding areas gathered in the Basilica, Mary Queen of the Apostles for an hour of Adoration presided over by Fr.  From the 3rd to the 27th of March 2013, the fraternal visit to the Province of Japan took place and was carried out by Sr. M. Regina Cesarato, superior general, and Sr.Ana Maria Mazurrana, general councilor.
On the 25th March, the sisters of the new government received the new mandate from the hands of the superior general for the next three years 1013-1026. They are:Sr. M. Fiorella Asaho (Provincial Superior), Sr. M. Francisca Kato (Councillor), Sr. M. Flora Kida (Councillor), Sr. M. Ester Kitazume (Councillor), Sr. M. Isabella Sekiguchi (Councillor), Sr. M.  On Sunday, 24th of March at 5.30pm at the Church of the Lord Jesus Divine Master, in Rome, the second Vespers of Palm Sunday were presided over by the general procurator Fr. Alberto Fusi, ssp. At the end of the celebration, memorial was made of the 26th anniversary of the death of the Servant of God Sr. M. Scholastica Rivata, at the place of her mortal remains. For this occasion, there was a good presence of the communities of the Disciples of the Divine Master, laity and members of the Pauline Family who gathered for this prayer. Photo gallery

Saturday, 23th March 2013, the celebration of the Eucharist in the community of the PDDM sisters in Alberione Center, Quezon City was highlighted by the 6th Renewal of Vows of Sr. M. Benedict Basañes. The solemn Eucharistic Celebration with the Rite of Renewal was presided by Rev. Fr. Apolinar Castor, SSP. Sr. M. Gemma Victorino, Provincial Superior of the PDDM Philippine-Taiwan-HongKong Province, received the vows while with Sr. M. Peter Evardone and Sr. M. David Tandinco acted as witnesses. Photo Gallery |
