From the 16th to the 19th of January 2010, the second formative session, part of the journey for the “European Delegation Project” took place. The encounter took place in Nogent sur Marne, France, with the presence of 8 sisters from Germany, Ukraine, Czech Republic and France. The session was led by Sr. M. Agar Coreno, General Councillor and Bursar, and by Sr. M. Monique Rives, Superior of the French Delegation. The introductory dynamics allowed the sisters to get to know each other, and also the socio-ecclesial reality in which the communities are inserted. Photo gallery |

From the 10th to the 16th of January 2010, various encounters were held at the level of province for the recently elected animators of the communities in India. The first three days were lead by Fr. Freddie D’Silva, s.j., who treated various themes: leadership skills according to the various stages of the community, the art of communication, dialogue, conflict management, assertiveness and fraternal correction. This was followed by a seminar lead by Sr. Jacinta, lsp, who treated the area of care for the elderly sisters and priests in the clergy homes. Sharing her personal experience, she underlined the various physical, psychological and spiritual needs of the elderly, sick and poor. Then, Sr. M. Helen Gnalian and Sr. M. Celine Pushpadass, pddm, shared some practical tips on medical and nursing care, and of first aid. Photo gallery |

On the 16th of January 2010, the sisters of the Mexican Province raised a hymn of joy and praise to Christ the Master for the gift of the 50 years of religious profession of : Sr. M Josefina De la Rosa Rivera, Sr. M. Escolástica Franco Araiza, Sr.M. Lucía Paniagua Azanza, Sr.M. Oliva Pacheco Camacho, Sr.M. Agnes Vázquez Guillén and Sr. M. Juanita Quiroz Robledo. With profound gratitude, the sisters rememberd the first Italian mothers, recalling their faith, love and enthuasism in sowing the charismatic values in this first novitiate group on Mexican soil, which was the beginning of the foundation in Mexico. The celebration of the Eucharist was presided over by Fr. Oliverio Mondragon, Provincial Superior of the Society of St. Paul, together with many concelebrant priests. It was a moment of great joy for the members of the Pauline Family, friends, relatives and sisters of the jubilarians. Photo gallery |
