Bethany House
welcomes a steady stream of priests, religious and laity who come for a
period of spiritual exercises, retreat, rest and
renewal. Bed and Breakfast (B&B), full board and self-catering options
are available. A beautifully decorated private chapel and prayer room
are at the disposition of retreatants and guests, as it the library. A
qualified spiritual director is available for those who wish.The
facilities also lend themselves to small planning groups: Pastoral
Councils, Parish meetings whilst the Conference Centre beside the Chapel
caters for larger groups up to 35. The Chapel and Conference room are
used by numerous groups on a day-to day basis for weekly and monthly
meetings. Bethany House also offers long-term residential facilities
for priests who may be in need of spiritual renewal, accompaniment and
support. This is carried out in liason with local bishops and/ or
religious superiors.
