Blessed Easter 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n

“God, who first established<\/em><\/p>\n

this feast for us,\u00a0<\/em>allows us to celebrate it each year.<\/em><\/p>\n

He who gave up his Son to death<\/em><\/p>\n

for our salvation,<\/em><\/p>\n

from the same motive gives us this feast,<\/em><\/p>\n

which is commemorated every year.<\/em><\/p>\n

This feast guides us through the trials<\/em><\/p>\n

t<\/em>hat meet us in this world.<\/em><\/p>\n

God now gives us the joy of salvation<\/em><\/p>\n

that shines out from this feast,<\/em><\/p>\n

as he brings us together<\/em><\/p>\n

to form one assembly,<\/em><\/p>\n

uniting us all in spirit in every place,<\/em><\/p>\n

allowing us to pray together<\/em><\/p>\n

and to offer common thanksgiving,<\/em><\/p>\n

as is our duty on the feast.<\/em><\/p>\n

Such is the wonder of his love:<\/em><\/p>\n

he gathers to this feast<\/em><\/p>\n

those who are far apart,<\/em><\/p>\n

and brings together in unity of faith<\/em><\/p>\n

those who may be physically<\/em><\/p>\n

separated from each other.”<\/em><\/p>\n
