{"id":9107,"date":"2020-01-31T12:06:56","date_gmt":"2020-01-31T11:06:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pddm.org\/gg-indizione-anno-biblico-2020\/"},"modified":"2026-01-23T11:10:39","modified_gmt":"2026-01-23T10:10:39","slug":"gg-indizione-anno-biblico-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pddm.org\/en\/gg-indizione-anno-biblico-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"Indiction Biblical Year"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;24px&#8221;][vc_column_text]Dear Sisters and Brothers,<\/p>\n<p>We announce to you that,<strong> from November 26, 2020 until November 26, 2021<\/strong>, we will celebrate together as Pauline Family, the Year of the Word of God with the theme:<em><strong> \u00abThat the Lord\u2019s Message May Spread Quickly\u00bb<\/strong><\/em> (2Thes 3:1).<\/p>\n<p>The common objective of the Biblical Year is: \u201cWalking with the Church, we renew ourselves through familiarity, study and prayerful reading of the Sacred Scriptures, in order to live the Word of God so that it reaches everyone, especially those on the existential and thought peripheries\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The choice of November 26, anniversary of the eternal Pasch of our Founder, Blessed James Alberione, emphasizes his special bond to the Word. He, too, may be defined as a Man of the Word of God: a listener and untiring and prophetic apostle. This renewed centrality of the Word of God, incarnated in Jesus Master, Way, Truth and Life, and Good Shepherd, will serve as a preparation for the 50th anniversary of his death in 2021.<\/p>\n<p>It is our hope that this initiative will be welcomed and assumed joyfully by all.
