Sr. M. Bernardita Meráz Sotelo was born on February 27, 1958 in El Molino Namiquipa, Province of Chihuahua in Mexico.
She is a Sister Disciple of the Divine Master since March 25, 1977.
She completed her Licentiate in Psychology (1991/1995), Masters in Gestalt Therapy (2005) and a Diploma in Vocational Ministry.
She is currently the Director of the Kairos Program, accompanying priests and religious from various Congregations in therapy and diagnostics; and she is the formator for the Juniors.
Previously, she was Regional Superior and Provincial Superior, as well as Apostolic Visitor for the Dicastery for the Institutes of Consecrated Life and for the Societies of Apostolic Life.
